For almost a decade, the Mission First Early Learning Center has partnered with families to equip and nurture early learners to become future leaders throughout Mississippi.

About Jenny Blount
Jenny graduated from Mississippi College, earning her undergraduate degree in Marketing, followed by a master’s degree in Education. After graduating, Jenny worked in the business sector and started a non-profit that provided orphan care and education in Guatemala.
​
Realizing her love for both business and education, Jenny transitioned to working in the business of school, taking a position at Hartfield Academy where she served for five years. While at Hartfield Academy, Jenny oversaw the enrollment, marketing, and the operations of the school. During this time, the school and student body experienced exponential growth.
​
In 2020, Jenny accepted the position as Head of School at the Mission First Early Learning Center. With a passion for serving the community, Jenny has dedicated herself to serving the families and students at Mission First. What began as just 21 students, the school now reaches full enrollment each year at 90 students.
​
Jenny is married to Tyler and they have two children, Everly and June.
